ISA was founded in 1969 by SangU Cha with a Seoul headquarters and a Busan office, and was incorporated as International Services and Agents Co., Ltd. in 1983. Through agency agreements with leading manufacturers in Japan, the USA and Europe, ISA has grown with the Korean chemical industry, reaching KRW 40 billion in sales in 2019.
